Whenever I need to stay somewhere when Im on the road, its the quicker and best option.

I love this app best for booking hotels because it provides the details I need to know like whether the room is pet friendly or non smoking. Other apps like Priceline fail to provide these details.

I have not been disappointed so far, got great deals on all my hotel bookings. My last one surprised me, I was extremely pleased with the hotel reservation.

Used app off and on for yrs and esp when in USA. Disappeared from my iPad and showed as new update but not able to download.

I got charged twice for the same hotel night. I called Customer Support to explain, they asked me to email them. I did and havent heard back since.

My experience with this was very bad as they i rented a car on 22 of dec till 2 of jan then i had a problems that i cant pick my car on time so i called the car rental company which i directed to and said that no problem they will held my car for 24h and that they will refund back this delayed day but hotwire disagree and said that its non-refundable and they will not refund it back even that the rented company will not charge them , so am not advising any one to use this very bad website , i try expedia which was the best in all service which i used

I usually book everything online but this app made me go through the worse reservation of my life . The I had to spend hours on the line with the very unprofessional customer service . I wouldnt recommend this app.

Never will use this app no service no refund no cancellation even on the phone they are helpless. Will use Booking.com next time always happy with them
