So quick and easy to book a car

I love Hotwire. I lead a band on the road and book almost all of our hotel rooms through this. The deals are great and whenever I need help from Hotwire they always seem to come through.

I like the new app, great UI and easy to use. However, I was unable to reserve a car seat with my reservation- it was not an option. Would make it much easier in future to compare rates with car seat.

I arrived in Tokyo 2 weeks ago without a place to stay. My trip had been planned for me except for lodging at one stop and I forgot about it. I was able to book a great place at a great price while in line for customs!

Saved me a ton of $

Attention !! Buy a stay I never gave me the option to choose a safe place to put my purchase if I did not like the hotel to cancel. When I got the hotel was rubbish hotel, called to cancel Hotwire and lousy customer service, let me talking to myself, even as I was left mute. Claim and claim and never wanted to give me money. Call the hotel to see if they could do something for me and they said that if you buy stay with Hotwire is they who must answer for my money back. Finally I lost my money because he never wanted to return it Hotwire. As it surprised me was the way I was treated as in customer service and super super fatal misplaced. Anti Professionalism. It really would not recommend anyone applying!

Ive be using Hotwire for years and never got a bad room.
