I dont know about the app But if you have to make any changes its a Nightmare!! I could not make any changes on the site and had to call... 35 minutes later and my the change was done. Horrible service. Dont think the little money I saved was worth the aggravation!!!

Hi please be aware this app is a scam they make it up as a hot deal but at the end they give you really bad choice of hotels and the worst part is you cant cancel or change I dont recommend at all !!!!!

Worst company ever do not use.

Not very easy to navigate. Homepage allows a search for hotel and cars but not flights.

Dont be a victim of those crab service.. they dont allow you to complete your booking yet they deduct the money from your card, and when trying to call the customer service , they direct you to risk dept which never answer as well and direct you to a voice message system! I was in San Francisco and tried booking a hotel three times, all failed and yet they took my money, leaving me almost with lack of cash while am on trip!

4 agents giving me the run around,1 agent trying to save my situation and another agent with his hands tied. An aggravating experience with Hotwire! I had booked a room at The Club at Big Bear Village. Upon arrival to check in, there was a lobby full of upset individuals who were all on a list and did not have rooms. Approx a list of 20 plus. I was one of many on that list. The Club at Big Bear Village stated that Hotwire had overbooked several people giving confirmations with no room availability. I had booked our room on Hotwire a week and a half in advance and I received a confirmation. Being that this was a sold out weekend with record high snow fall, there were no rooms available in the city of Big Bear. They tried but failed to accommodate me. Hotwire screwed up my vacation plans and tried to resolve the situation with a hotel room available down the mountain (2hrs away). With 2 day resort activities planned, and no room within in the vicinity, everything went down the drain real fast. I was refunded my money and charged for another backup plan room that evening, which was not even close to my room of a 4.5 star rating. Lying about trying to get me into a 3.5 star when the second option was really a 2 star spot, down the mountain? Ridiculous! I will never use Hotwire. Thanks again for screwing me. Ruined our family weekend!

I booked with hotwire and after I got to the hotel they charge me extra $10 per day even though I selected two adults and when I called the hotwire again they said thats not their problem I really dont recommend anybody to use this company

Not recommended!! Especially if you cancel a flight, the $19 insurance is a scam!! They ask for your 16 digit card number

Very convenient app, but prices will change quickly and are often different from the actual website.
