Hotwire: Last Minute Hotels App Reviews

Hot wires thing is cheaper prices for not knowing the actual motel. Cant complain about that cause thats their program. HOWEVER. When you book they send you an email that guarantees the room choice you picked. They dont. They lie. You get a $25 credit & thats it. Not a guarantee. Customer service ignores you. Generally cheap prices and app work ok, but horrible company. Be nice if next update said "new-guarantee is authentic!" Doesnt matter how hard they work at the app if the company is crap. Use hotels.com-you pay a little more but you know where youre going and you a free night once in a while to make up for it.

The user interface is so easy. I have been watching this app evolve for the last seven years. Really impressed.

Very good app. Consistently find good deals on this site. Would be 5 stars but I suggest they add points so users could accumulate credit toward future hotel stays like Expedia.

Where are the trip bundles in the app? This makes it pretty much useless for me.

Very easy to use, even though you dont know the name of the hotel until you book they provide more than enough info to make sure youll be happy with your decision!

Very convenient and Im always pleased as long as I choose a 4 or 5 star hotel. Its actually fun wondering what you will end up with. It has been a little iffy with the 3 star. Sometimes you win, sometimes you dont.

I havent had a bad experience, yet, using Hotwire. First time... booked a 4 star hotel after hiking for 10 days in Colorado and it was amazing!!! Been doing it ever since! That first room was $69 and had a kitchen and the fluffiest bed ever. I dont stay in hotels too often, but, I can always count on Hotwire to find me a great room at a great price. Ive found awesome hotel personnel and even had a great time when traveling with my big black lab, Maggie. Thanks, Hotwire!!!

I spent a considerable amount of time checking all hotel websites (Expedia, booking, Priceline, ect.) and Hotwire had the lowest price EVERY time. Itd be nice to get a promo code when you sign up, though. ;)

Have used the app for years, have found great deals for Vegas, Chicago, etc, etc... totally recommend the app.

This is an excellent app! Great deals, matching reviews and easy booking. Kudos! I have booked many of my trips on this app and deals and unbeatable. Car rental deals are pretty awesome too. Great customer service when once my reservation had issue. Easy to lookup upcoming trips. Easy to compare with retail rates. Hotwire.com is awesome!

Offers deals, but when you click them it always says the deal is gone. Why to keep them in the lists at all?
